CODE OF ETHICS

Cyber Resilience expects employees, contractors, partners, and representatives to maintain professional conduct aligned with:

  • confidentiality obligations;
  • responsible handling of information;
  • lawful operational conduct;
  • professional accountability;
  • respect for clients, stakeholders, and colleagues;
  • and compliance with applicable laws and governance requirements.

Operational decisions should support ethical conduct, responsible cybersecurity practices, and the protection of client interests.

ANTI-CORRUPTION & ANTI-BRIBERY

Cyber Resilience maintains zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, unlawful inducements, fraud, or unethical business conduct.

Employees, contractors, and representatives may not offer, request, accept, or facilitate improper payments, gifts, favours, or benefits intended to influence operational, commercial, regulatory, or contractual outcomes.

All personnel are expected to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws and governance obligations.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Personnel are expected to disclose actual or perceived conflicts of interest that may compromise objectivity, confidentiality, professional judgment, or operational integrity.
